4. Windows

All NorgesHus houses include windows and patio doors based on the agreed window specification.
These elements are built for energy efficiency and durability, using high-quality PVC profiles.

✅ Included in the Price:

  • Standard windows and patio doors (positions A and TU from the specification)
  • PVC window systemssuch as:
    • Brügmann bluEvolution 82
    • Kömmerling 76 AD or similar
  • Triple glazing (two cavities)
  • Class S profiles with high radiation resistance (up to 12 GJ/m²)
  • Excellent thermal insulation:
    • Ug value: up to 0.50 W/(m²K)
    • Uw value: around 0.95 W/(m²K)

⚠️ Not Included in the Price:

  • Sliding doors / sliding windows
  • Entrance doors (main/side)
  • Roof windows
  • Window positions marked VU and LU
  • Color other than white (color = extra cost)

🛠️ Assembly and Installation:

  • Windows are mounted with clips only
  • No taping, no external mouldings, and no window sills included

⚠️ Important: Window and patio doors over 210 cm in height will be subject to a surcharge.
