7. Assembly

NorgesHus strives to ensure that the installation process is quick and efficient, minimizing
inconvenience and allowing the client to start using their new home as soon as possible.
Our experienced assembly teams, typically consisting of 2 to 4 professionals, can
complete the installation of a house in just 4 to 14 days, depending on the size and
complexity of the project.

All wall and roof elements are pre-fabricated in our factory and delivered to the
construction site, ready to be assembled. A crane is used to unload and position the
elements with precision.

What is included by NorgesHus:

  • Delivery and assembly of external walls, windows and roof structure
  • Professional, experienced assembly team
  • Fast and clean construction process

Responsibility of the client:

  • Crane: Organize a crane suitable for unloading and installation
  • Foundation slab: Prepared according to NorgesHus technical drawings
  • Site access: Road access for trucks and crane; if not possible, client must organize
    transport from nearest accessible point
  • Scaffolding & ladders: Available on site during construction
  • Accommodation: Lodging for the assembly team for the duration of the work
  • Waste disposal: Client is responsible for on-site disposal of packaging and
    materials

Everything not listed above is considered outside of the included scope and must
be organized by the client
