3. Walls of NorgesHus Houses

NorgesHus wall elements are prefabricated and delivered with full insulation,
structural framing, and exterior sheathing. Customers can choose between two types of façade
systems:

✅ Wall Types

  1. Wooden Façade (Painted)
    • The house is delivered fully painted from the factory in the selected color.
    • We install mouse protection profiles at the bottom of the façade to prevent
      rodent intrusion (visible in the photos).
    • Ideal for natural or traditional wooden house appearance.
  2. AGEPAN Façade Panels
    • Exterior walls are covered with AGEPAN wood fiber boards.
    • Customers will organize exterior plastering locally.
    • This system is especially popular in southern European climates for its
      high sun and heat resistance.

🏠 Wall Construction

  • External walls are insulated with Rockwool SUPERROCK according to technical
    specifications.
  • Interior load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are built using wooden
    framing systems (visible in photos).
  • The U-value of NorgesHus external walls is 0.13 W/m²K, providing excellent
    thermal performance.
