Prefabricated Apartment House – Munich, Germany

Located in a residential district of Munich, this modern prefabricated apartment building will comprise six units with a total living area of approximately 480 m². The project is currently in the planning phase, with construction scheduled to begin around September/October 2025. The design spans three levels—including a ground floor with terraces, an upper floor with balconies, and a top floor with sloped ceilings—and emphasizes space optimization and comfort. Each apartment features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as dedicated storage, bathrooms, and outdoor space. The building will be constructed using high-quality timber-frame technology and will follow Scandinavian standards of energy efficiency and structural durability.
